updating international telephone number or anything for that matter

If you need an RVN number using an international mobile number (they entered incorrectly) you can't obtain. I even filled out an RVN form over a year ago to give permission to use email instead but ABSA never changed it or acknowledged it! Form says it takes up to a month ..... hmm... Also, impossible to correct the international telephone number online using their online field - digits fall! Only ABSA can do it, I guess, but they NEVER reply to emails! So frustrating when you're not able to go to a local branch because you're living abroad & no one at ABSA seems to care.
