Updated ITC record for settlement or Statement
Kindly let me understand why it still showing on the ITC that is not been settled.
And I need to log a complaint with ITC to understand why it is still showing.
You have 90 days to remove it.
Kindly advise why this is my job?
You as a Bank is quickly to update if anything is not paid but you have have an issue to update immediately to say the account is settled and an updated statement to say it was settled.
Really not happy wit the Finance of car with ABSA
There is many issues you as a client needs to sort out by yourself without really support.
