Update your FICA details to continue enjoying the full benefits of your account
I received an email from ABSA requesting that I update my FICA details within 14 days. I received a similar email in March 2025, which I actioned in a branch on 25 March 2025. How many times do I have to do this ?😣 Is the systems of ABSA broken? Can I trust ABSA with my accounts? Very unhappy customer.

06 Aug 2025, 11:34Good day Rezona,
In your discussion you mentioned that ABSA will call me to resolve the incorrect email. I have received another email this morning claiming I need to FICA.
The promises that were made has not been kept and I am yet again received an email that claim I have not completed my FICA.
Should I continue supporting such a bank?
Very unhappy customer.
