UPDATE MY ITC RECORDS

My Mortage was restructured due to Debt Councelling and has been paid and is up to date since then, but due to the fack that my family is getting bigger we have to rent a bigger house, but my ITC reflects that we are paying late and we are one month in arrears, now the rental agents do not want to approve me for rental due to this. I called ABSA 10 times today ****ERALLY) and all those times they confirmed the account is up to date and not in Arrears. PLEASE UPDATE MY ITC. My husband thats not under debt councelling is also affected by this
