<p>guys please advise why it's such a challenge to update my cell phone on my account? I've been transfered all over and now holding on for i dont know who.. i've literally registered and I'm writing this review while holding on the line?</p> <p> </p> <p>i just want to update my contact details on my profile please...</p>

Please can you provide me with your ID or Account number to enable me to log a formal complaint for you, kindly also note that the Call Centre cannot do any changes on your portfolio for security reasons, best option to have this done is at the branch.
