***** up of note with banking app upgrade

Pathetic online banking app not working since the update 2 days ago yet they aware of the problem - see comments on FB so we try to resolve with 2 people at ABSA call centre - 1 cuts us off way beyond her depth and as a result we now have to go to the bank and redo log ins etc as they deleted everything - ABSA you are beyond pathetic and perhaps need to have trained the staff on how to fix this instead of making it worse - are you going to compensate my time and petrol and so much for going out the branches now we have to go to the BANK - seriously?? incompetence at its best - beyond useless
