Unwarranted Account Closure

I am a foreign student. I had to travel out of the country in December which was the same day I received my new study permit. Absa blocked my account after few days. I have since provided them with the FICA documents they requested. For the past 3 days they are yet to do the needful. The money in my account is for rent which is due tomorrow and tuition. I am really displeased with the poor services and exorbitant charges. I have ceased recommending the bank for foreign students in SA.
