Unwanted Insurances

I have been using absa for 7 years without any problems last month I did a loan over the phone it was successful ... few days I started to welcom emails of insurances ... I email them asked for those insurances to be canceled I don't need them 1 of their consultant called me and say they canceled all the insurances pay day same insurances deducted my money ... please cancel this things I don't need them
