UNVERIFIED DEBICHECKS ON MY ACCOUNT - CONSULTANT UNTRAINED AND RUDE

Went to ABSA Boulders Mall to unlock access to internet banking and query ******* DebiCheck Debit orders. The consultant did not understand how DebiCheck works, could not verify with the company that debited and did not grant access to internet banking properly and my pin no longer worked. I requested the manager and was quickly diverted to another consultant. They told me they will call back and nothing has been done.
