Unsupportive and not client centric

I need to stop the debit orders against my bank account. My circumstances changed and I am not earning a salary anymore and would like to pay my monthly installment via EFT every month. You have Debichecks against my account and this takes the ability for me to manage my cash flow away with the untimely debit orders going through my account.

I have tried numerous times via Client Service to change this but to no avail.
