Unsuccessful deposit

The exact same situation am currently facing. On 29th September 2020 at 09:28:41 in Park Central Mall while depositing the ATM machine goes offline I am issue with a receipt stating transaction unsuccessful. Visit my nearest branch Park Station next day issued with a complaint reference C-***7. On 1st October 2020 complaint closed still my deposit never refunded. Tomorrow will be the 9th working day can't wait to hear what ABSA has to say about it after closing the claim and not depositing money. I have reviewed all deposit complains and they are all similar to mine. Is this a ****?
