Unsuccessful Application

I am disappointed with ABSA's business practice. I get called regularly to increase my credit limit. I finally agreed to let them do so.<br> <br> I then went through a game of 20 questions where the person was unable to explain exactly what they were looking for. It then came back unsuccessful so I am sure something was captured incorrectly.<br> <br> I don't want someone elses incompetence to now have a negative effect on my credit record.<br> <br> Please confirm this is not the case.
