Unsubstantiated legal jargon with no evidence to bonds and credit agreements
On 30 May 2025 I paid the last instalment on a bond and instructed Absa to cancel my bond. Absa ignored my request and use the words primary bond and secondary bond. I asked Absa to cross reference their reply to clauses in my Credit Agreements and bonds. Absa give me an unsubstantiated reply with no supporting evidence.

19 Jun 2025, 13:35The reply by Naomi Wehmeyer by email outside the public domain is a replica of a previous reply also be email; it is rejected due to the refusal or failure by Absa to cross reference your submitted arguments/evidence to the clauses in my Credit Agreements and the clauses in my mortgage bonds and the relevant sections in the CPA and NCA. The strategy by Absa to regard the matter as closed is done at your own peril.
