Unsettled Approved claim

On 9 Jan 2016 we had a massive hailstorm in Krugersdorp. Our ceiling, roof, paintwork and windows were damaged in the process. We lodged a claim early Jan 2016. Our claim was approved but up untill today we have not yet had any work completed or repaired. At the time when the contractor appointed by ABSA did not show for a 3rd time we were told that in fact out roof damage was not claimed! My entire ceiling collapsed and their contractor advised thatbthe roof was not damaged by hail that took almost 24hours to melt!!! An absa assor cane out and agreedvthatvthe roof was in fact damaged by hail. We do weekly follow ups with absolutly NO feedback or action from ABSA! Yet each month i must pay my bond and premium on time! Worst service ever!!!!!
