Unsatisfied service with ABSA
I have been calling ABSA about my car loan, they have not reduced the interest rate, Shanice and Palisa just gave me a story that with a car loan it’s different from a home loan.
But ihave paid prorata fees on a non active account that they can’t apply reduces interest rate on???
