Unsatisfied

An amount was paid by a dealer on the 20th, i phoned to find out if its reflecting which they said yes and the account has been closed. I then asked for a letter as proof and to confirm this and that no money will be deducted from my account. To which they said it would take 2 working days. The dealership would like to collect the car. This shouldnt be taking this long!
