I am so frustrated with absa, been trying to get assistance from absa legal since 28 April 2020 and to date no one has responded to my query. Called them again today and then they refer me back to the debt review department, I phone the debt review department spoke to Nomsa, she says no they cant help me an refer me back to Legal. How *********** is the different departments that no one can assist me. I need someone to get back to me asap or is it only some south africans that gets help from their bank. My account no. Is ***
