Unsatisfactory turn around time

I went to Absa The Glen Mall on Saturday wanting to open an account with my siblings. When we arrived at the branch, it was abit late, at 11am. The lady at the reception told us immediately that they work on appointments for such accounts, but stood up to find out if they could assist us or not. She came back and told us that the next available appointment is in 3 weeks on a Saturday, and insisted we come in during the week. To which we told her we are working and at different areas, different companies it’s not possible to assist us. She really emphasised that we must make it during the week as they will not able to make an appointment for us during weekends. Why is the bank open on weekends then? This branch must close then on weekends as they don’t want to assist, and maybe even work. That time, Absa is my main choice of bank personally. I think it’s time to jump ship
