unsatisfactory service
<p>After 18 months and after continueos enquiries at abda savannah mall no funeral policy documentation received, yet the money is being deducted monthly AS WELL as the absa rewards programme, numerous requests to unsubsribe/stop this programme to no avail, money still being deducted monthly. So many times we were told that the policy will be emailed, nothing receiced!</p>
