Unsatisfactory service
<p>Absa service is pathetic and totally unprofessional. I have had a query with ABSA Rewards division for 4 months now and it is still not resolved. I have wasted many phone calls and time trying to resolve this matter and all I get told is that it is waiting for an authorised person to sign it off. This has been the same excuse for the last month. I have been a customer of Absa's for over 35 years and this is the service I get from them. Pathetic. I guess it is now time to go to the Ombudsman.</p>
