Unsatisfactory Service

Absa Trust Durban Service is pathetic to the core. My late Mother had a will drawn up by Absa. After her passing in 2016 her Estate Excecutor was assigned, but to this date the Estate has not been resolved,all they say the Estate is complex but for the Estate to be compexed it was their financial advisers fault who did not advise properly.

It's just so frustrating, would never recommend Absa Trust to any one their service is unsatisfactory.
