UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

I sent correspondence to Absalife cancelling my funeral policy with them. I am not getting any response or at least acknowledgement of receipt. Why don't they at least tell me if I missed something, but should it been them cancelling or if my policy lapsed, Absalife was going to cancel policy without hesitation.
