Unsatisfactory customer service

Absa needs to review their early termination penalties on investments. My mother went to South gate to ask for early termination on her fixed deposit and produced her husband's death certificate and she was charged a ridiculous amount and it's not like she will be using that money for shopping spree but wanted to give her husband a decent burial and they service received from Moses was poor. They should include ubuntu as part of their values. We will be cutting all ties with absa in November when the investment matures and go to a bank that will value and sympathies with us in our difficult time.
