Unsafest bank ever !!

money was ****** from my account!!!!!!!!! how do you allow this!!!!!!!!!

I will never trust Absa again! moving from FNB to this excuse of a bank is by far the worst decision I have ever made, I call through to block my card and get cold transferred to a condescending agent in your ***** team. Firstly my 6-year-old nephew constructs better sentences than this guy!

I have never dealt with someone this *********** not to mention his derogatory tone and sarcastic statements which I am too disgusted to mention

quite honestly I am not really concerned about my money being ****** anymore, however, I am worried about how this is being dealt with and the kind of people looking after and safeguarding my hard earned money - no doubt I want my money back!

As an established Bank are your systems really this flawed? because I definitely take the necessary precautions at the ATM, even updating cellphone banking passwords periodically and making sure my details are not accessible MY CRYPTO CURRENCY/ BITCOIN IS SAFER!!!!
