Unsafe to bank with ABSA

Absa bank is not a safe bank to bank with. Yesterday I had to pay off and close my credit card after several *****s were done on it. I also suspect that the *****sters are from within the bank itself. A mysterious *****ster keeps reporting my credit card as lost or ****** and gets a new card issued for delivery to another address that is not mine so they can use it and I end up incurring the debt. This happened to me about three times and ABSA keeps shifting the blame on me and imply that I am the one who behaves carelessly. I asked that they let me listen to the recorded call so I can be able to hear the voice of the *****ster since they always say our calls are recorded. I was hoping that if it's a voice of someone I know I can help catch the *****ster. They refused to give me access citing the POPIA ACT which is wrong because that Act protects me the customer not the bank. Also, money was transferred from my savings to my cheque account and then deposited to an external bank by a *****ster. I had to open a case and write affidavits in order for them to refund me. They never tell you who the culprit is even after they have resolved your case. They protect their own employees who are *****sters more than us the customers. I plan on moving my salary to another bank because I no longer feel that my money is safe with them. I really hate this bank now. Sies!
