Unsafe Bank - Poor customer service

A case was logged at ABSA ***** department in June 2022 for my mother who is a pensioner, to date nothing has been done to resolve an account of a pensioner. The new card was also cloned for the second time. ABSA ***** department is not willing to assist this pensioner and keeps on referring her to the Police. Your money is not safe with ABSA after being a client for 50 years!!!
