Unsafe Absa Bank

Last year or so I used my Absa debit card to purchase a once off antivirus software from AVG. This year this company decided to take R999 from my bank account, for a product from them again. I never gave them permission to do so and I went to the Absa Branch Golden Walk in Germiston to get this reversed. In the branch I was given the phone to speak to the people at the ***** department and was advised to cancel my debit card and they told the person at the desk to email a letter to debit card dispute department.

My money was reversed, but then deducted again. I then received an email from the ***** department to ask me about this, and I told them that I did not buy anything from this AVG company again and that I don't want anything to do with them. They decided to go with the company and to hell with me as their client. Up until now they've refused to refund me the money they gave to this company without my permission. How can you treat your clients like this?

These people used my details they got from the previous purchase and took my money, and that's after I received the transaction and I cancelled my debit card, in order to stop them from deducting my money *******ly again. Don't I have a say when it comes to my money...?
