Unroadworthy vehicle that ABSA wants me to insure

Absa is pathetic I've been telling them to assist me of the car that they financed me on to get it roadworthy instead they are calling me to say I owe them insurance payment. How on earth car you insure an unroadworthy vehicle. It's irritating they can come and pick up their car then. Mximm they were supposed to check the car is roadworthy before financing me. I've sent the documents to show the car is unroadworthy.
