Unresponsive executors of estate at Absa

Absa deceased estate is a mess. My parents both passed away in March of 2021 and to date Absa deceased estate has been giving us the run around. No straight answers to our queries. All we've received is inaccurate, contradicting information. It's been almost 4 years of frustration. Could someone from deceased estate please respond
