Unresponsive and useless ABSA Virtual Banking
Unresponsive and useless Virtual Banker Charles Mphahlele. So my useless private banker no longer works for ABSA. I was not notified and then found out that I have a Virtual Banker who is even more useless. I am not sure what has happened to ABSA private banking but the cost of this banking does not deliver value.
This services is beyond pathetic. The lack of service has serious financial implications, yet you can't resolve as Charles Mphahlele does not timeously respond to emails and then responds leaving one with more questions than answers. Furthermore when you dial the ***it just rings. I get much better response from my FnB Business banker where I am only a entry level SMME
