Unresolved/delayed claim
I'm disappointed with activate for failing to attend to my claim in time. I made a claim around the 17th of August for a ****** ****** motor gate control panel and a generator only the motor gate was replaced and the the generator is not attended to. It's now the 8th of September with no response after calling then everyday of the week to get the claim sorted. Everyone I'm told the matter will be escalate and someone will call me back and the never do.
