Unresolved sale

Good day

I bought a Ford Ranger Super Cab bakkie in 2021 and financed by Ford Credit (ABSA vehicle finance). In April 2024, i was medically boarded at work which resulted in me not receiving a salary for six months, I decided to sell the bakkie since I was unable to afford the instalment. I phoned the ABSA bank call centre which gave me the contact number of Nivashnee which works in the Fast Buy department at ABSA Bank. She assisted be with the registration process on Fast Buy and the selling of the bakkie. The bakkie was sold on the 1st of August 2024 and proof of payment was sent to Nivashnee. There was a shortfall amount, but I was advised that I will get a 40% discount on the shortfall amount. On the 14th of August I received a monthly statement from Ford Credit (ABSA vehicle finance) and the statement reflected the adjustment of the sale but the 40% discount was not app****. On the 17th of August 2024 I emailed Nivashnee to enquire about the statement received and she responded via the email on the 20th of August 2024 and advised that the statement should be ignored, the matter is still in process of being finalized with the discount. She also informed that someone would contact me with final shortfall balance.

Up until today 31st October 2024 no one came back to me, and she has blocked me on all social media platforms that we use to communicate.
