Unresolved R700 Transfer from ABSA to FNB

made a payment of R700 from my ABSA account to my FNB account on 23 August 2025, but the money never reflected. I reported the issue the following Monday and was told it would be resolved by the end of the week. After no progress, I followed up on 2 September and was given a reference number, with a promise it would be resolved in 2–3 days.

It’s now 20 October, and I still haven’t received my money or any update. This delay is unacceptable. Please assist urgently in tracing and releasing the funds.
