Unresolved payment with absa laste estate account

I lodged a complaint in this platform against absa on the 11/05/2022 and they contacted me on the 13/05/2022 Rozena Louw contacted me and informing me that they will be working on solving the case. On the 09/06/2022 a lady from their forensic section asked to meet with me at warevally branch ,and she asked several questions and she told me that she is done and the bank will contact me but nothing is happening and when I emailed them enquiring on the progress they dont respond to any of my emails. Please assist me in solving this case
