Unresolved Payment relief .
Hi Rezona,
I didn't receive the email as promised. The last time you responded you were going to get back to me after 4 hours and it was on the 9th of July 2020. Absa your service is very bad.

The last time you rep**** it was on Thursday last week and you promised to get back to me after 4 hours, I am gatfol you don't know how I hate anything to do with your company Absa.
If I don't get any feedback today I will make sure all my family will cancel their accounts with your company. No wonder everybody is cancelling their accounts with your company
