Unresolved HR and Actionline escalation

Regarding an ongoing matter. To date, I have not appropriate steps for resolution no any response or acknowledgement

For context, my prior correspondence with ABSA regarding this issue began in April 2017, with multiple emails and follow-ups sent to various internal departments since then. Despite these attempts, the matter remains unresolved.

I kindly request confirmation of receipt of this escalation and clarification on who is responsible for addressing it.
