Unresolved claims

Claim reported 31/05/2024 and still no payment made. I have phoned several times aswell to just hold for more the 10min to get to an engaged tone! Today is 11/06/2024.... When it comes to taking your debit orders its instant but to resolve claims is more then 10 days! Pathertic service!
