Unresolved balance discrepancy

I have seen several issues on hello peter witb this same issue from ABSA…when ordering from Uber Eats, they reserve amounts are deducted from my available balance when an order is placed, but do not appear to be released when the final transaction is processed. This means my available balance is effectively reduced twice per transaction. I raised this issue with ABSA over a month ago, but still no response and the issue remains unresolved.
