UNRECIEVED REFUND AND NO ASSISTANCE

The service is absolutely atrocious whether you write an email or you log a call at their call centre .When you call you’re told to email, when you email you don’t get a response .

I have been trying to get assistance with my case for a long time and am yet to receive a proper update on a refund i was supposed to receive on the 23rd of September 2025 .

Save your time and entrust your funds with another bank because ABSA does not care !
