Unreasonable procedure to renew Debit Card

If you need to renew your Debit Card make sure if two things- you have plenty of time on your hands and that you study your recent bank statement!! It’s not enough that they can take your fingerprints, check your ID and signature but you also need to know off hand how much your 2nd last transaction was for or where it was made!! It is so ludicrous that I sat in front of the consultant, went onto online cellphone banking to check! When queried the manager told me they had to ask security questions!! Am I the only person who doesn’t know the order of my transactions, especially at this time of year, off by heart??? Goodbye ABSA!!
