Unproffessional service from ABSA westville

On the 22nd of April I went to Absa bank in Westville branch to enquiry about AIMS ,and I was referred to the financial advisor Mohammed ,he made an appointment of the 26th of April with me and he promised to call me and he didn't ,on the 26th I went there and he was not there and he was called and he told me to wait for about 10 minutes he is on his way he will call me ,he didn't and I decided to go and check him after 30minutes he was not there ,he didn't call me until I made a call the following week to check what happened ,I was very upset because I don't have time to just go and stay at the mall for more than hour ,it's so disappointing to receive such an unprofessional service from an advisor ,I am very annoyed and lost interest on investing on AIMS because of Mohammed who is so unprofessional
