70% of the staff they employ. Are either tooo damn lazy, feel entitled. Or just a very bad person in general. Absa EASTGATE BRANCH is one of the most unprofessional and most disrespectful branch you can possibly come across. There's about 2 staff in that premises that are actually there to work, otherwise most of them there feels entitled. Mind you if they see u and maybe don't like you. You will wait there forever. I've also tried to resolve my concerns and frustrations that took place in 3 different occasions. They're action centre is of no help whatsoever. Infact they'll comment something that would favour them. This institute and the employees are only for themselves and do not look after clients.
