UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER
I went to Alex Mall to reset my pin code for my Woolies Visa as I was advised at the store. I was so disappointed with the service I received I felt like I am at some ****a shop! the consultant assisting me he is also busy chatting to his buddy that came in by the door shouting. He told me that he is alone h cannot assist me I must go the the branch! He wasn't even wearing his name name.
