Unprofessional service

on the 6/11/20 Absa insurance sent L&T Contractors to my home to assess damages to a boundary retaining wall that had shifted during the 7 day slow rain we experienced in Durban a week earlier. L&T arrived with no tools the guy used foot steps to measure the distance of the wall. He could NOT measure the angle of the wall as he did not have tools. he also failed to measure the cracks on the tar surface or test the soil for moisture .unprofessional is not the word. L&G report stated that the wall moved over time which is FALSE as the upper yard was tared recently and cracks only appeared after the 7 days of rain. Absa insurance is using unprofessional companies to access damages thus causing the clients inconvenience.
