Unprofessional Private Banker.

Ntombifuthi Mabuza from the Private Banking division arranged for a "meet your banker" session at 14:30 on the 8th of October 2024. This time was suggested by her and she send through the meeting link after I confirmed my availability. At 14:30 I attended to the meeting and she was not there. I send her a message at 14:35 inquiring about her presence with no feedback, again at 14:40, to which she again did not respond.

I only got feedback from her at 14:50 apologising and asking to reschedule without any explanation as to why she kept me waiting and not responded to my messages.

For a first interaction with a private banker this is disgusting behavior to say the least.
