Unprofessional
I spoke to more than five (5) consultants from ABSA just to get an electronic statement for my personal loan. Each consultant tells me a different story. Disgusting bank!

08 Jan 2021, 13:43Absa how can you say that you cannot send a statement to my gmail account but work email knowing you have not even obtained the statement? Are you buying time with these back and forth email? this is unprofessional. Your consultants are so rude I spoke to more than 5 consultants yesterday to try and get an electronic statement to my work mail address that you have on the system with no luck.
