Unprofessional Consultant who undermine people

On the 9th July 2020, I visited ABSA Crossing shoping centre in Nelspruit. We qued outside and we were all screened and all that. There was a guy behind me on the que. It was then our turn to enter the bank, and immediately we walked in the consultant who was busy helping another client jumped and came to call this guy, to my surprise i asked her what was that all about and her response was that guy was there on Monday, and she said that very rude. That was so unprofessional and luckily for the staff there they don't wear name tags. They are jst running that branch like a ****a shop
