Unprofessional Collection Agent
Called Absa Vehicle Finance Contact Centre cause am in a very compromising situation with my finances wanted to apply for a Instalement Reduction as am taking a strain i was asisited by a Coloured Guy in the collection centre he seems new, Who made me feel like its wrong for one to ask for assitance than my car being repossesed🥹, He dropped my call during the ordeal conversation and it’s bit of a process to hold and get assisted, This has been the worst experience with thier unprofessional Call Centre Agent.
