Unprofessional business Absa

Absa vehicle finance i called them to change my banking details. And sent them statement requested by them. But still they debit in my old account which makes me pay unnecessary unpaid fee at the end. I am so dissapointed in them now I have to transfer every month for them to debit whereas I gave them every detail they required.
