Unprofessional behaviour of Absa Trust offocers

I have a complain about Absa again this people are not willing to work with me

I am recently schooling at Bokamoso intitute of south Africa , at pretoria I have asked my trust officer to pay school fees since last month and there is no way the school can allow me to enter the premises knowing that i jave not paid school fees for 2 Months and the thing of not attending is delaying me i might fail the first semester because of lack of attendance i also asked then to buy textbooks for me they are still delaying me the school made it clear to us that the textbooks should be paid at the school reception but the trust officer is not willing to comply this trust is giving me a huge problem am suffering here when i send them emails they take time to respond to my emails i don't know why are they treating me like this I also alsked for increase on my monthly payment which ia R4300 as i'm taking care of my son and my late sister's son and the money they are giving me is not enough all i want is for them to do right by me I want another trust company or i can take care of my money as Absa is not willing to work with me, Also about the House there is no feed back about the purchase of the house and seems like everything is slow Please help my contact details are
